Website information

The website describes the current ResolveLayer Companion beta and a longer-term product direction. Roadmap material is directional and is not a commitment to deliver a feature, integration or date. Product availability may change as testing continues.

Early-access use

Companion is currently beta software. Access may be limited to selected organisations, browsers, Zendesk environments or evaluation periods. Beta functionality may contain defects, change without notice or be withdrawn while issues are addressed.

Your responsibilities

  • Use ResolveLayer only with accounts, tickets and systems you are authorised to access.
  • Review generated material before inserting or sending it to a customer.
  • Protect provider credentials and apply suitable browser, endpoint and access controls.
  • Comply with Zendesk, AI-provider and other connected-service terms.
  • Do not use the service to unlawfully access data, disrupt systems or infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

ResolveLayer, ResolveLayer Companion, the Resolution Stack logo system, website materials and product software are owned by Chahine Labs or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Any evaluation access is limited, revocable and for your organisation’s internal assessment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party services

Companion may interact with Zendesk, AI providers and optional connectors selected by the organisation. Those services are operated under their own terms, availability and data practices. Chahine Labs is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, beta functionality and website information are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular workflow or error-free generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.

To the extent permitted by law, Chahine Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on generated content, third-party services or unauthorised use of credentials.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as ResolveLayer develops. The current version will be published here. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
