Information collected on this website
When you request a guided demo, we collect the name, work email, company, team-size range and optional workflow notes you provide. The website also records limited, first-party interaction events such as page views, selected capability panels and calls to action.
Website analytics do not use advertising cookies or create cross-site profiles. Our hosting providers may still process ordinary network and security information, such as IP addresses and user-agent details, to operate and protect the service.
How website information is used
- To respond to demo and early-access enquiries.
- To understand whether the website and product information are useful.
- To protect the website, investigate failures and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal rights.
We do not sell enquiry information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
ResolveLayer Companion data
The current Companion beta is a browser extension. Ticket reading and Zendesk editing occur in the signed-in browser session. Customer content is sent to an AI provider only when an agent invokes a relevant AI action, subject to the organisation’s configured provider and privacy settings.
Configuration, credentials, knowledge and bounded local records use Chrome extension storage. Credentials are excluded from configuration exports. Browser extension storage is not presented as an organisation-grade secret vault, and managed deployments should apply appropriate endpoint and access controls.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use service providers for website hosting, storage, security and business communications. They may process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when legally required, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry and website event information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. We apply access controls and reasonable technical measures, but no internet service or browser storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted through the website. You can also choose to contact us directly instead of using the demo form. Requests can be sent to hello@resolvelayer.com.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ResolveLayer develops. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
